Wedgefield Bed and Breakfast

Far less than ideal and not comfortable. Maybe had the promised breakfast been a reality (only the first morning was there breakfast and even that was less than adequate). The other two mornings, the fridge was empty. Then there was the poor heating. Sure, there were units designed to heat the place, but the batteries in the remotes were so weak… it was very uncomfortable. And then I must add that house we stayed in was situated in the middle of a busy area with a constant stream of golfers. No privacy! Even in the evening, there was movement and noise. The promised “drink” was only to be claimed before 5pm when the bar closed—how were we to know? Not worth the price and inconvenience.

My husband and I, along with a group of friends had an amazing time on this extraordinary historical estate, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and so much beauty. A truly impressive property with excellent accommodations and a magnificent golf course. We stayed in the Crescent Cabin and loved it! It had everything we needed, super clean and comfortable. So much better than staying in a hotel. We enjoyed the convenience of 'stay and play'. The Pub on the property has delicious food and great pizza. We had so much fun! We will definitely be back!!

What an amazing golf course. It was way more than we expected. The cabins are absolutely stunning and perfect.Staying at the cabins makes it even more of a unique experience. The atmosphere was so relaxing and the attention of the employees was incredible. Everyone was so welcoming. I recommend this place at 100%. We will for sure be coming back.

Beautiful golf course in the southern pines . Great layout and the greens on a scale of 1 to 10. I give them a 9.The rooms were beautiful with all the amenities. The staff at Wedgefield CC were great from the pro shop (Champ was great couldn't do enough for our group). The food at the Pub was excellent and great service. Will definitely bring our group back to Wedgefield CC.

Golf outing with friends, 8 golfers total. Stayed right at course in cottages they have to offer. Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Cottages are newly remodeled a long with many other things around the plantation. A must to experience for yourself.
