Webster County Family Support Division

My name is Ashley dorman. I started scrolling through the reviews on this website and saw that most of the people are having complaints because of not being able to get a hold of people or being on hold too long. Which is because they aren't doing the work to figure out how to get a hold of them. When you call this facility there are different options to choose from. And there is like 2 or 3 different sets of options depending on the first one. They don't have a hold line unless you are not going through the children's division. I understand that this sounds harsh. But honestly? I don't care. I was a foster kid through this division. I have nothing to say but good about this company because if it weren't for them, I would probably be in a really bad place right now. These are my family and

They have their moments. Depending on who's at the window you might get a smile. I've been in there when they have been wonderfully helpful, friendly and pleasant to work with. Other times, if they're eating their lunch at the window, they pretty much just tell you to help yourself to a form in the foyer and bring it back when you're done.

I have tried calling 6 times today without being able to reach anyone, only automated messages then disconnected. I send Ann email to the link on their website to receive "failure to send, invalid address ." I absolutely need to talk with someone but can't even get a message to them. Very poorly designed website and inadequate communication services.

Have yet to go in but I don't know how I'm supposed to make an appointment when they seem to never be open how are they only open 3 days of freaking week that is absolutely ridiculous

I was in and out quickly, but I I didn’t feel very welcomed by the woman I was with. there was a nice lady at the door though!
