Wayne Public Library

I stopped by the Wayne Public Library. First they partner with Libby to provide audio books to their patrons. Some really neat items: read along books, tablets with books and games, books on cd, books on MP3 players, a Children’s play area and Ms. Kim the Children’s Librarian. Ms. Kim is the heart of this great library. She works to get the kids involved in reading programs and has quite a few offering to appeal to children, youth, and adults. This library is a gem in the heart of Wayne, NE.

Wonderful little library with really great patrons and staff. Huge variety of unexpected materials such as audiobooks on mp3 players, checkoutable equipment like a ring light and a projector, tablets with learning games for kids and adults, so many graphic novels! Also lots of different activities for kids and adults every month. You can learn how to use a 3d printer here! They also have ebooks and audiobooks you can use on your phone, and lots of reading challenges you can win prizes for.
