Driving home from.walmart Newark on rt 31 to Palmyra. Someone had opened a hydrant and water was pouring out flooding the street..being environmentally conscious I pulled over and called 911..I was treated like I was waisting time... No wonder people don't Wan to get involved..sorry I interrupted your coffee
