Wayback Burgers

I don't go to Wayback on a regular basis, I tend to visit for limited time only specials or new menu items. However, when I do go, the customer service is always incredible regardless of who i interact with. Several days ago I met an employee named Fizza and her service was exceptional. She answered some questions I had regarding a reward patiently and thoughtfully, took my order efficiently, and most importantly was extremely friendly and put a smile on my face. When I complimented her on all this, she was very humble and said that comment made her day. Her appreciation of the compliment was equal to my gratitude toward her because she also made my day. Thank you so much Fizza for going above and beyond, your stellar people skills will not be forgotten. I very much look forward to hopeful

Great local chain on par with Five Guys. Tenders were good.

The section where they cook food at was dirty. There were fries, napkins on the floor. Receipts were all over the counter. They were laughing and talking over the food and I didnt see anyone change gloves in between orders. If I was with the health department I would have score them a D. To the owner. This was my personal experience. And from what I can see this is not your first review about that store being dirty. My experience would have been better had it been more clean.

There are so many newfangled burger joints nowadays, and finding one that's really worth it can be a challenge. Wayback burgers here on New Britain Avenue is one of the worthy ones. From the time you step in you can tell it's a real hamburger place like in the old days. I was immediately greeted with a smile from the lead person behind the counter. He gave me ample time to peruse the menu, and he offered a suggestion or two. I ended up getting a classic burger with all the fixins, and a nice pile of french fries. The burger was near perfectly cooked and I enjoyed all the essentials dripping out from the sides of the bun. The fries were a little bit stiff, but long and slender, and the portion was large. I sat down, ate and watched the workers all Hovered over their stations like busy Burge

Was amazing food came on time hot and ready to go service was outstanding definitely a must try especially the 9 Patty burger
