Outstanding coffee from a small roaster doing things the right way. I’ve tried both the Yirgacheffe and the Catimor, and each were memorable — bright, clean, thoughtfully roasted, and with a flavor profile that matched the description perfectly. What impressed me most is how light and airy both cups feel with nothing heavy-handed or overworked. Easily on par with, and honestly better than, several larger local roasters I’ve tried. Highly recommend picking up a bag and tasting it for yourself.

Hands down best coffee I've ever had. I've had the dark roast single origin Sumatra and this stuff is incredibly smooth with notes of chocolate and an earthy character. I can't emphasize enough how smooth this coffee is, they somehow maintain the flavor while removing all the bitterness.
