It was my first time eating at Chopt. I was impressed from the moment I walked in. It was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean. Everyone who was handling food wore gloves which I really appreciated.There were at least 12 choices of salad greens. Cauliflower rice was available and there was a variety of warm bowls and wraps. Proteins such as salmon, chicken, tofu & falafel were available and a variety of other proteins like chickpeas, black beans and edamame. There are plenty of delicious fresh veggies to choose from and healthy fats such as avocado. There are many salad dressings to choose from or not. There is cheese toppings and sourdough bread which is a healthier choice along with chips and beverages. I love the fact that they had Saratoga Sparkling Water in the glas
