This is one of the best smash burgers in the county! The burger fresh not frozen beef and it is not smashed so thin as to be dried out. It can be customized with everything you can think of on a burger and all the toppings are fresh. The buns for every sandwich are grilled before serving as well. The sides here are amazing, and include perfectly cooked french fries, excellent whole onion rings, and sweet potato fries if that’s what you’re looking for. Wayback Burgers is one of the few restaurants that has authentic real ice cream milkshakes—the ice cream is not a soft serve of any type. The burgers are like real good homemade patties with the real fresh beefy flavor something that i haven't tasted in a while,it's a little pricey but it's worth it because of the quality of that well put together burger is amazing,,the bacon cheese fries was crazy good 👍🏽

When a place closes an hour early, but the have their open sign lit up and the doors locked. Whoever owns this franchise should be pissed that their employees are costing them money.

Not our first time here and although the service isn't always the best we do perfer burgers from here. We ordered 2 regular burgers and 1 cheese. We got two cheese instead and all three burgers were completely drenched in condiments so we couldn't finish them.

The music in this place is ridiculously loud and 120+ beats per minute. Not a good place to grab a breather from your day. Men's restroom is in need of repairs. Burger ingredients were fresh but the flavor was extremely bland. Beef is not seasoned. Only real positive was the staff was friendly. Everything else kind of sucked.
