Wawa

So this place never has the menu items they advertise. I come here to get a specific item they sell and it’s not even on the menu some days. If a business is going to have certain items on the menu they need to be available all the time not just occasionally. I have never once went to Sheetz or a royal farms and they just choose not to make something. Sheetz has all items they sell all the time. No gambling if you’re going to get what you want or not. So if you really really gotta have a Wawa you should call and ask if what you want is actually available. Or it might just be a wasted trip.

I got the BLT on a classic wheat roll, add cucumbers and spinach. The guy making definitely filled the hoagie up with vegi's. They don't skimp on ingredients in their hoagies. Never had a bad one there. Bacon in every bite!

Stopped by first time at Wawa at 11pm and food was great. The girl at the deli is a hard worker got everything done and packaged perfect way faster than I was expecting.

I tried giving this place a try time and time again because I love Wawa, but I just can't anymore. The sandwiches constantly have the bare minimum toppings possible. When one of the self-service kiosks is broken there's not a single employee around to attempt fixing it for 30 minutes. I ordered a soup that clearly had already been made and all they had to do was scoop and maybe heat it up a bit - it sat around the corner barely visible to me as a customer, but without my number having been called, for 15 minutes. Then when I went out of my way to look for and grab it, literally the only extra thing I asked by (old bay seasoning) wasn't on there. There's another Wawa 5 minutes northwest down the road - go there.

Consistency among the team members making the food is AWFUL. Order a 24 oz dragon fruit mango refresher and the entire thing was filled with ice. Like so much ice there was barely any drink in it, it's 30 degrees outside why is there so much ice!?! The family Mac and cheese i got was 75% full. This is the 2nd time in a row that the Mac and cheese not being full has happened to me. I going to be checking it from now on right there at the counter. Train your staff better.
