Ms. K is exceptional at her position. She has truly become a great friend to me and my daughter. She greets us the moment we walk in the door she is kind, patient and helpful. And she can knock a line down very quickly because her Customer Service is so efficient

This is the first time in my long life history that I had to return food at wawa. I live one minute away. When I got home to eat my hoagie, one half of bread was hard and crumbly and the other half soft. I return it because this roll look thin, old, and crumbly. I took it back and proceeded to tell then why but the the lady and the man at the deli, gave you an instant not friendly, dont care, or not apologetic look. Didn’t even say, oh sorry about that, but instead they both just gave an attitude look. Seems like they make you feel bad for returning their food. I told him I dont think it’s fresh. He claimed it probably was toasted by mistake. I am not stupid, it was not toasted at all and the roll looked old. He said to give another girl the slip to make me another one, but the disguise

What's the point of using the app to order a pizza if employees are screewing around instead of paying attention to orders that come in? They didn't even start making it until I inquired about it 14 minutes after placing the order.

What's just in this Wawa order the chicken salad shorti with sweet peppers there was more peppers on there this is not the first time this has happened so I will not be eating at Wawa anymore they've gotten too big for their britches and the quality has gone down overall not just at this Wawa
