Food and drinks taste wonderful but customer service was horrible. Got an earful for simply making sure I paid for my order like I was supposed to because I was a bit confused and then was only given half of my 16 oz drinks I paid for lol

I come to get a regular caramel latte nothing crazy. My first time, latte was great came out in a decent time. The last 3 times I've been to this location I have waited 9+ minutes just to get my drink when it is not busy at all. Not only that, they forgot to put any caramel flavor or cane syrup both times! The staff in the deli always seems pretty good but the drink corner is awful. I just ordered a caramel latte again today and even paid extra for flavor so it would taste like something and I got my drink in 11 minutes with NO FLAVOR. I will not be returning to this location. 😮‍💨

I ordered a salad for lunch requesting the dressing on the side, it was not. They also did not put the cucumbers in requested on my salad. This is not the first or second time my food was not prepared as I requested and labeled. I called to speak with the manager. After 10 minutes I hung up. I only have 25 minutes for lunch. This was around 11 so it was not the lunch rush. Quality control has to be addressed.

Manager Kelly was extremely unprofessional and borderline hostile. I paid for my gas and was preparing my coffee. She came uncomfortably close to me and essentially harassed me while I was simply preparing my cup of coffee. She clearly assumed I was going to walk out without paying. The entire encounter was surreal. I had a reward for a free coffee already downloaded in the app and intended to scan it at the self-checkout station—exactly what I have done several times before with no issues. Shortly after, her attitude became even nastier. She refused to reset one of the self-checkout stations after a previous customer canceled a transaction halfway through. If you’re going to allow “All Vehicle Parking Welcome” signs at the EV chargers, then for fairness, you should place the same signs at your fuel pumps too. Do you realize that Tesla drivers navigate to these chargers based on real-time availability—only to arrive and find them blocked by gasoline vehicles? Beyond the inconvenience, isn’t it a safety concern to have gas powered cars parked next to high voltage equipment? Honestly, it’s one of the most baffling things I’ve seen at a charging station. I assumed these signs were temporary during construction, but seeing them remain is disappointing. I won’t be returning to support the store or its chargers with this being the sole reason.
