Wawa

Customer Service for curbside orders is horrible. I will no longer be using this Wawa. Every time I order curbside, my order is never delivered to me. Instead, after waiting 20 minutes, I have to go inside to retrieve my order. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that my order never comes through over the walkie-talkie. What is the point of having curbside if the orders are just ignored? This is not good customer service. The issue should be resolved instead of constantly giving excuses.

This Wawa is a little run down, employee are all nice. wasn't busy at all and the sandwiches tastes fine but look nothing like the pictures bagel fell apart trying to eat them.

Not even a whole star, I go here all the time. I just got a panini not even a half hour ago tonight. I took 2 bites from the first half and almost broke my tooth on somthing hard. I take whatever out and there's still lunchmeat wrapped around it (food) and it literally looks and feels like a tooth itself! It has the dark line inside almost like an incisor. I am beyond disgusted, of coarse I can't eat anymore but when I called the kid who answered said one sec while he talked to someone, I heard him yell Mya take the phone I am not qualified to take this call and she refused to answer and get on the phone so they decided to hang up on me. I'm heading to the managers tomorrow I am terrified to eat anything right now I am so grossed out and i 100% know it's not mine.🤢🤢

Worst. Wawa. Ever. This is by far and away the most poorly managed Wawa I've ever seen - and I've been to quite a lot throughout multiple states. Orders are constantly wrong. Deliveries don't arrive (nor does the refund). Shelves are minimally stocked. There are no safe food handling practices in place. (Both my mother and I got sick from eating here on separate occasions.) The employees simply do not care, and the management certainly will not help you out. I could go on, but it won't make a difference to anyone at this location. There are countless negative reviews already. This is just yet another warning to all other patrons out there. If you're planning on frequenting a Wawa, do yourself a huge favor and drive right by this one.
