I ordered a Frozen Caramel Chocolate Chip Cappuccino at this location and while it tasted very good, I bit into something hard and I thought it was a tough chocolate chip, turns out it was glass. Alot of broken bits at the bottom. Go to the wawa in beltsville instead 100000% times better

Do you know how some Wawa's are just really good, and how some are extremely poorly run? Yeah, unfortunately, this is the latter. I go here for gas, and always want to use the Coke Freestyle machine. The machine is ALWAYS out of the coke zero variation flavors. Like, how can this always be the case? How are you guys not keeping the flavors stocked? Not only that, but the flavor mixes are always messed up. You have to run the machine for like 30 seconds straight to get the flavors to mix in. They're also the only wawa I've seen that's consistently out of ice.

For some season only one worker were working in the front making sandwiches while other it's in the back just yapping their life away, there were literally line of people waiting to pick up their food. Either they don't have enough employees or just pure lazy

I went to visit Wawa in College Park on Monday, October 20. I asked one of the employees there a question and their response was very nasty. I looked at his name tag come to find out he is a manager. I don’t know how he’s a manager with that type of nasty attitude when I then went to the to ask another person is that managerJADEN always like that and they said yes they do not like working with him. I just wish when I come into a store I get treated with great customer service.(especially by a manger)
