Pop, Scoops, & Dough is such a gem in College Park! The desserts are fresh, flavorful, and made with care — from the warm dough and creamy ice cream to the delicious popcorn. They also have great drink options like milkshakes, matcha, hot chocolate, coffee, and signature lattes. I love that it’s Black-owned, the shop was very clean, and the hospitality was a 10/10. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to! 🍪🍦✨

Experience was amazing! Our first time in and it felt like we were regulars. The hospitality is outstanding and they truly care for their customers. We talked it up for a good 15 minutes while ordering and on top of that the food is amazing. The donuts are perfect bite size for those craving a small sweet treat and the popcorn offers salty, sweet, spicy, and savory flavors for everyone. Highly recommend the Pumpkin cloud mini donut and the Ethiopian popcorn flavor. Also offers matcha which is so good and tons of ice cream flavors. Everything is super affordable with the popcorn size pictured as the smallest being about $5 and the largest size being $13-$20. The half dozen donuts are only $9 and a dozen is $15. Highly recommend!

One of the most underrated spots in the DMV in my opinion. Absolutely amazing owners who are truly passionate about the business and you can see it in what they serve. We got a box of their new croffles and donuts, as well as their matchas and cookie butter latte, and everything was soo good. Can’t recommend this place enough if you have a sweet tooth, you won’t be disappointed!

The best coffee I’ve ever had. I’m currently obsessed with the oasis latte . It has cardamom syrup and is delicious. They can substitute milk with oat milk and do have stevia. The family that runs this place is very sweet. Definitely good vibes. The classic donut was given as a sample and it was fresh and melted in my mouth. Amazing.

I’m extremely disappointed… THAT I LOVED THIS PLACE SO MUCH. I will be here every week. I had a diet and it’s this. The donuts are bite sized but perfect in every way. They are literally funnel cake donuts. I also got a coffee (biscoff cookie butter) that was gone in 3 mins. Customer service was amazing. Oh and I forgot to mention THE DONUTS ARE FRESHLY MADE WITH EVERY ORDER!!!! Make sure you know what you want because you will be back for more. I’m so happy I stopped bye, thank you!!
