I am writing to report an issue with my order placed on 12/17/25 at 8:43 AM, totaling $14.03, at your Wawa location. I ordered a burrito with veggie fajita (paid an additional $1.00) and a 24 oz coffee. This was a special order intended for my lunch. I specifically requested a burrito bowl with all toppings except sauces, with the tortilla and sauces on the side. The toppings I clearly asked for lettuce, onions, jalapenos, fresh salsa, crispy jalapenos, fire roasted corns, rice. The employee was not attentive while preparing the order. When I asked whether rice was added, she stated that everything on the list was included except rice. When I questioned why, she said rice is part of the lunch menu, which starts at 11:00 AM. This explanation was confusing and unacceptable for the multiple
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Wawa store #8511 on Boston Ave. I ordered a cold classic turkey sandwich, and halfway through eating it, I discovered a piece of plastic inside the sandwich. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety and basic quality control. I’ve always trusted Wawa for quick, reliable food, but this experience was alarming. Finding foreign objects in a meal is not only disgusting but dangerous. It makes me question how carefully anything is being prepared at this location. I hope management takes this seriously, because no customer should have to worry about choking hazards or contamination in their food. Until I see improvements, I won’t be returning to this store.
The current placement of the air pump near the Tesla charging ports and the Wawa exit creates significant congestion, posing potential safety hazards, especially at night. The proximity of these three high-traffic areas results in conflicts between vehicles accessing the air pump, Tesla drivers charging or exiting, and large trucks navigating the exit. Relocating the air pump to the opposite side of the parking lot, where there is ample unused space, could greatly alleviate these issues, improve traffic flow, and enhance overall safety. I submitted feedback to Wawa about this concern but have not yet received a response. I strongly recommend considering this relocation to ensure a safer and more efficient experience for all customers.
I normally don't complain about food. I understand not it's like to work in the kitchen and be under the gun. I go to Wawa I quite a bit and this one I go to a couple times a week until recently. The quality of food and what's being served has gotten horrible this is the sandwich I bought today this is how it looked when I opened it. It's a sandwich so really I mean it was wrapped up you can't really complain about the book as much. But what got me was once again the bread was completely stale and when I say stale I mean stale. I cannot even believe they sold that. For years I worked in kitchens and I always tried to make the stuff the way I would want it for myself. The reason was because you want people to come back and you want people to enjoy it. I don't want to sell something to someo
Yeah I don’t know who prepared this order last night, but I took three bites of the pizza and immediately stopped and threw it away. This morning I am vomiting non-stop. I’m 99% sure I have food poisoning. Never eating here again, and honestly, some kind of food inspection agency should expect the kitchen. Pretty furious my Labor Day weekend is totally screwed
