I had an excellent experience working with this notary. Tiaja was able to assist me last minute, which I truly appreciated. She was very personable, professional, organized, and well prepared. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and she took the time to ensure that all documents were completed accurately and properly notarized.

Excellent communication and easy to schedule an appointment online! Grateful that she has flexible hours and able to provide mobile services as someone who is often working during and after "business hours" on top of not having reliable access to transportation. Highly recommend as I would definitely work with Tiaja again if I need something notarized in the future.

She then got it apostilled for me in Annapolis and did it right, keeping me posted every step of the way, and I successfully used the document to apply for a visa abroad. I had to notarize a Promisory on a Sunday evening and TYH did it virtually in less than 15 minutes. The notarizing agent was very patient and explained everything to us. All 3 of us work in construction and didn't have any other time to do this. Availability and ease of getting things done was invaluable .
