Water Street Brewery Lake Country

We stopped into for lunch. We've been here before, but it had been quite a while and we were seated right away. My sister and I both ordered the Blackened Chicken Taco Salad with Chipotle Ranch and let us tell you… if you love salads and a little spice, this is hands down one of the best salads around 🥗 It's flavorful, filling, and absolutely hits the spot. I highly recommend it. And of course, we couldn't leave without ordering their famous Water Street Brewery root beer 🥤As always, it was so tasty, rich, and full of flavor a must-order every time. We do want to be honest and mention that we were a bit disappointed with the service this visit. Our waitress never came by to check on us, see how our meal was, or refill drinks and as you all know, great customer service means a lot to us.

Our visit was on a Thursday night with 5 friends. We took a round table in the corner and we were able to chat with less noise than at other tables. Our server did a nice job and got our orders right and served promptly. The drinks are a bit expensive but a full meal of a large Caesar Salad with two Margaritas with tip came to about $50. This location is accessible in all ways but there may be a bit of chair or table shifting to get through the busy dining area.

Decided to give Waterstreet a shot after my other options for Valentine’s Day were booked up… and I will NEVER forgive myself for not coming here sooner. I had myself the Big Mac smash burger and I must say, one of the best burgers I have eaten EVER. Cooked perfectly, very nice crisp on the bun, good amount of toppings. These chefs DO know what’s up. My significant other ordered the Chicken Schnitzel dinner, she was reluctant to share a bite which I could understand why. It was truly delicious. Of course had to have desert, chocolate chip cookie skillet, and once again NOT disappointed. The staff and our waitress were VERY courteous and the food came to our table in record time even for a busy day as Valentine’s Day.

Our foursome stopped in for dinner during the recent cold snap to help cure our cabin fever. We were seated right in front of the fireplace with an inviting fire to warm our souls. The atmosphere here is rustic with a beamed ceiling and several wooden booths to provide for an intimate dining experience. Being a brewpub, we spent a few minutes perusing the beer menu and were served our choices in large, frosty mugs. The four of us chose a variety of entrees and all were served promptly by our server, Ryann. She was very efficient and checked on us frequently. I had the smashburger and onion strings while my wife had the chicken schnitzel. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed our choices and stayed for a bit to catch up on our lives without being rushed out. First time here we planned on olive garden and that place is always packed so we didn't want to wait so we looked around and found this place and boy am I glad we couldn't get into olive garden because this place was amazing great dining room design/setup! You could see the brewery machines fully which is a great unique sight. The food and waitress were both super quick! We ordered and the waitress left our table at 12:55 and we were already eating by 1:09p.m so definitely super fast! And they weren't packed but busy enough that that was super impressive! And the waitress made sure we were well taken care of! Definitely will come back!!!! Great job 10s all around!
