This is truly the best location to go to in Wisconsin. Delafield always has all the cookies on deck and they stay open the latest for your late night, early morning, cookie cravings 💯

This was a few days before Valentine’s Day so there’s a little leighway there but this location really needs to be more organized. Placed an order at 10:15 to be picked up at 3:50. Our order wasn’t started until 4:10. Watched as other people who also placed orders around the same time have to deal with their orders being late and not to mention they sold out the cookies that those people already had paid for. AND then watched as someone who ordered at the self kiosk at 4:00 get their orders before the two orders placed at 10:00. These orders were placed ahead of time to be picked up at a certain time for a reason and it was really saddening watching people walk out frustrated and late to where they needed to be without the cookies they had ordered.

i got the pink sugar cookie and it just completely crumbled when i grabbed it. there not made like they used to be, and it tastes raw. the service was not good, i am very disappointed.

First time I tried it. Its not for me. The store though is really clean and eye catching. The associates are really nice and took their time helping me pick whats the best ones to try. But like I said its not for me. A little pricey which I okay I guess because they have a big serving.

Not busy at all on Labor Day. Staff was patient to listen to our needs, asked questions, and recommend a purchase option. $5.00 a cookie seems a bit high but the taste was exquisite and satisfied the receivers! Appreciate the help!
