I moved to Washington County in May. The Salem Bypass was closed when I moved here. It is now September. SEPTEMBER!!! The Salem Bypass is still closed. It was annoying at first, but now it is becoming infuriating to have to drive an extra 15 minutes just to go around the highway that no one is working on re-opening. Seriously, ridiculous. Ya'll pay taxes in Salem, right? I'm not sure how this is sliding...
Driving north on hwy 60 turning right onto 135 bypass no flashing light or indicator of the turn ahead noted. Just fyi.
