Wasabi Bistro

Wasabi Bistro in Hershey is one of those spots you keep coming back to. The food is consistently fresh, well prepared, and flavorful. The sushi is legit. clean cuts, great texture, and you can actually taste the quality. Their cooked dishes are just as strong, with good portion sizes and rich flavor instead of bland filler. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, whether you’re going for a quick bite or sitting down for a full dinner. Service is friendly, attentive, and they do a great job making you feel taken care of without hovering. Prices are fair for the quality you’re getting, which is rare these days. If you like sushi, Japanese cuisine, or just want a good meal in Hershey, this is one of the better choices. Definitely recommend.

Such a cute place. The sushi dishes I had was fantastic. I mean look at the presentation. I can’t wait to go back and have hot dishes. The front roll was the American Eagle Roll, the shrimp tempura was fresh out the fryer and crisp, the sauce was tasty and every bite had flavor of its own uniqueness. The second roll was the Red Sunset and as pretty as it was, I almost didn’t want to take a bite, but gladly enjoyed every bite with ginger. My waitress and her helper were pleasant and made my experience comfortable and I always appreciate that.

I have been here twice and I cannot continue to go to other places. Wasabi bistro has always had a beautiful atmosphere and wonderful workers, I truly admire the time and effort you put into our food. Always a joy thank you ❤️

This place is a hidden gem! If you love sushi (and HP) be sure to pop in for a bite. Well worth it! Great service, great food!

Great spot for lunch! Fresh, delicious sushi and friendly service. The presentation was nice, and the atmosphere was calm and spacious.
