This is one of my favorite food trucks in the area! The food is consistently delicious and the people are friendly and welcoming. I always get the chicken tikka masala - it is so good and it always tastes fresh!! I love their garlic naan bread too. I know they offer catering - I have not had a need but I would trust them to cater an event if the need came up. Be sure to follow their socials to find them out at events.

I had the Lamb Kebab Naan Tacos and let me say I was blown away! I don’t even know how to put it into words but truly amazing! And the service was super friendly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The food from Bala Saahas really blew me away. I was not expecting the flavor to be as vibrant and layered as it was. The chicken in my Saag Spinach Curry was tender and well spiced. Speaking of spice- the heat was perfect for an American palate. It had just the right amount of heat to add interest and allow me to taste the full range of the spices. Definitely recommend. I plan to ask them to cater an event, I enjoyed their food that much.

I ordered their Chicken Naan Taco, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfectly seasoned, and the blend of toppings like the mint sauce, cheese, and pickled onions complemented it very well. This is a perfect example of ethnic fusion food.

Quality service and food! I’ve had several of their dishes, each better than the last. My favorites were the lamb kathi rolls and the chicken tikka masala. Every dish had the perfect amount of spice- not too much!
