Customer Reviews
I've gone here many many times and every time I've been, I have enjoyed amazing food and wonderful, attentive, friendly service. I've never been disappointed by anything. Last time I was there we had cheese curds (bites?) and the Italian beef egg rolls off the "Share" part of the menu. The egg rolls always rock, and those cheese curds... they might have been the most cheesy, yummiest ones I've ever had. I wish I had taken more pics, but these are the shareable we had.
The food was delicious. I felt it came out pretty quick. It was all together, it was all hot, and nobody had any complaints. The service was great. We got checked up on frequently and received refills when the drinks were low. We didn't have to wait for her for anything and she seemed to have all of our answers. Atmosphere was what you'd expect in a pub dinner. Bar area, couple TVs playing football, everything was nice and clean, shiney , not to crowded. Really enjoyable experience. I would recommend it to anyone in the area looking for that type of experience.
I came here to see my friend Corey play music. I arrived at 7:13 sat at a table near the entertainment and didn't get acknowledged until 7:33. I tried to get servers attention and they just walked right by. Finally, one girl stopped, said she was not the server for this table but would get someone. 5 minutes later, a waiter came to the table and asked if we needed menus. He was nice, attentive but didn't acknowledge my being upset for being ignored for 15 minutes. I ordered the Ale House Chopped salad and ice tea. The salad was very good. The waiter checked on me several times. The price is about average. Atmosphere is very nice, well lit and classy.
They had plenty of gluten free options. The chopped salad was delishioso. It was huge and I have half leftover for lunch. My husband had the cheese steak with beef fat fries upgrade also amazing. Smash Burger and veggie sandwich also great options. Their cocktails were also a very good pour. I will definitely go back. Highly recommend Our server Baylee was great as well.
Food & Service were great! Our group all found their meals to be quite tasty and the drink selections were good too! Only issue was when the air conditioning kicked on near the end of our meal then our food & bodies got cold quickly. (It was 31 degrees outside, no need to turn on the cold air inside!) Didn't hear any complaints about the food or service though!
