The worst. Today when I called yet again about Mcwane Ductile polluting the atmosphere ( my cars are covered with fallout on a regular basis), I spoke with Donna, she asked me how long this has been going on and how long I've lived here. I told her 10 years, and her response was " why don't you move". I'm so glad we have to pay the salaries of people like her! And special thanks to her boss, Pete for not returning calls to me. Shame on them all. Today I found out that Tom Nigro ( whose salary I pay,) had blocked me from calling him with complaints, meanwhile nobody in this town can breathe when these fumes are peaking ..such a shame that residents have to live with this nonsense

I have to say the ladies in the office went above and beyond to get my paperwork for my septic back to me way faster than I ever could have imagined. Even made some phone calls that they didn't need to do. I usually don't leave reviews but they definitely earned this one.

Called for info on booster scheduled to be released in the very near future. Put me on hold(fine), came back on and told me to call back next week(fine). Did not take my name OR phone # , so they could CALL ME when it is available( NOT fine). I want to answer calls for the state. You don’t give ANY answers or options or service. What a great job! I’ll never reach out to them again, I’m a fast learner.

I’m a college student trying to get tested for COVID because it’s required by my college. I called because I’m waiting at a drive thru testing center but no one is coming outside to start testing when it opened 45 minutes ago. The woman that answered the phone told me that she can’t help me, all she does is supply the hotline. I’m just confused why she couldn’t contact them to ask what is going on or at least try to help. I don’t want to take the test, it’s required by my college and it’s crazy that I have to travel 20 miles from my home to get tested.

Called and emailed them to get neighbor to remove open dumpster with heavy metals leaching into groundwater. They will not do it.
