Good smothered burritos-- very generous on the smother and soft and warm and tasty. I especially liked the chicken! The guacamole serving is miserly, especially given that they charge extra for it, and the guac seems light on actual avocado. Service was pretty slow despite not seeming incredibly busy, for whatever reason. My wife and I managed to eat all of the chips and drink all of our water before we had our order taken... We did get a refresh on the chips and salsa but not the water, unfortunately... Still, our server was super nice and we liked the food and I think we'd both recommend the spot to any friends in the area as well.

We have eaten at Wapos (Erie, Co.) several times and have enjoyed the food. The staff are friendly and helpful when we order (especially for our daughter who is gluten free). The restaurant interior is plain, but friendly. The one thing we like is the large glass front, which can be open in warm weather. If in downtown Erie and you like Mexican cuisine, stop in and try it.

This place is outstanding! Our waiter, Moses was fantastic! The food was phenomenal, large portions, and very neat presentation. The margs are awesome and the atmosphere of the entire area is so good! We loved it and can't wait to go back!

Seriously, you HAVE to try this place! The food is absolutely amazing, and the service is super friendly. Their margaritas are on point, perfect for a chill night out. And don't even get me started on that special jalisco sauce – it's heavenly! I'm already planning my next visit just for another taste of it. Thank you, Juan and team!

Very happy with the “skinny margarita” - no sugar and delicious and strong! Fajitas had a lot of shrimp in this order. The tacos were not the best ever but I like the variety they had on the menu - would try the fish tacos next time for sure. Overall happy there is a local spot for decent Mexican food!
