WOW! 1st time here, ordered the reuben which was so good!! I expected to eat half the sammich, then eat the other half later. Well that didnt happen. I couldn't stop, it was that good! The French onion soup was really good too! Very flavorful. I was worried it would be watered down. Not at all! Next time I will order the croutons on the side though! They also have a few sodas, I tried the black cherry. YUM! Thanks again yall! Will be back!

This was my first time here and it was simple and delicious. Full of flavor and the staff was helpful in helping choose sandwich options because they have so many. Definitely a place that I plan to go back to.

A local treasure that needs to be protected at all costs. This delightful deli is in a convenient location with beautiful views of the Saginaw River. They have so many delicious items to choose from. Great gluten free options as well! They have live music on the weekends, the bartender makes a refreshing lemon drop martini and there is always that welcoming small town vibe that I have truly come to love in Bay City.

A different dining experience. There isn't table service, you order at a counter and it is brought out to you. I ordered a seafood combo; pollack, perch & shrimp with fries and coleslaw. My husband ordered a pastrami sandwich which came with chips. When the food arrived the first thing I noticed was the plastic fork placed on top of my meal...I guess this is the only utensil would need...but plastic? The seafood combo had good flavor especially the perch. The fries were seasoned and very good. Coleslaw was good also. The pastrami sandwich was NOT a hit. My husband said the meat was chewy and the bread was very dry and tough....you can see by the second picture he couldn't even eat the crust. Overall, this eatery was a miss for us.

I came in last night to get a sandwich for my husband who has been in the hospital… so disappointed… for starters I had to call twice the first time no one answered, when I got there to get the sandwich the workers were more busy socializing with each other than the were interested in making the sandwich. To the new owners or manager, talk to your workers about their language while customers are waiting. I’m so glad I didn’t have my grandkids with me. It wasn’t family friendly at all. When I got the sandwich back to my husband the bread was soggy, barely even grilled and it was a sloppy mess- not worth 15 dollars. He barely ate any. I was there over the summer and had a completely different experience. I highly doubt I will be back.
