Michigan Cream & Sugar Uptown Bay City

Our first time checking out this local favorite!! We were thrilled with our experience! It was a busy Sunday evening and the young ladies that served us did such an amazing job! They were patient and friendly with the crowded room. And our ice cream was phenomenal! So good and creamy. You can taste the difference in the intentional ingredients. Thanks so much!! We will be back!!

Absolutely scrumptious!! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, they helped us choose prime flavors with ease. And the bubble cone really takes it to the next level! On the left in the pic is Apple Cider Crisp, the best Apple ice cream I’ve had to date! Paired with Dairy Farmer’s Delight (truly a delight!), and on the right is Pumpkin Cheesecake- delectable and not overwhelming on and cheesecake flavor! Paired with Uptown Funk, deliciously unique and much appreciated for their use of cashews over other options. We’ll definitely be back! 10/10

Absolutely delicious. And they were SO accommodating for my friend with celiacs disease. They brought out a brand new container of the flavor she wanted and used a fresh scoop to avoid cross contamination. A refreshing and appreciated change of pace from those who do not understand that being gluten free isn’t a choice for some people.

We stopped at Michigan Cream & Sugar Uptown Bay City after having sushi at Sushi Remix, and it was the perfect ending to the night! The gentleman who helped us was so kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We tried the Mixed Berry Crisp (absolutely amazing … bursting with flavor), Show Me the Dough (a cookie dough lover’s dream), and the Dairy Farmers Delight (so rich and creamy). Every single flavor was incredible! On top of that, the prices were very reasonable for the quality and portions. I wish I had taken a picture before digging in to show how good it looked, but honestly, I couldn’t wait and inhaled it halfway before remembering. Definitely worth the stop – we’ll be back again and again!

Very friendly staff. Got lucky, it wasn't too busy yet. The service was quick. The ice cream was very good. I got a campfire s'more sundae with hot fudge and whipped cream.
