Walt's Original Primo Pizza

I have literally ordered pizza here one a week for a family of 7. Every single time spending well over $100 and tipping generously. I call them and explain hey, I have 5 small children I’m getting ready for a birthday party at my House. I’m going to have my mother pick up an order of 6 pizzas. They explain they cannot take payment over the phone. I ask the girl to ask if an exception can be made because my Mother doesn’t have the money to pay for them and I am waiting on 15 people that are going. To be at my house in 20 mins. While getting 5 small children ready. She puts me on hold for .2 seconds and comes back and says no. I want to point out right now exactly how absolutely stupid it is you would have had no problem talking that payment over the phone for a delivery. Specifically for a

I was recommendrd to eat at this pizzeria. Purchased this food 40 minutes before closing, ordered a sicilian slice and a regular slice. As I began to eat the pizza at 9 pm after a long day, held it up to bite it and there was a long piece of hair sticking up threw the cheese. I was DONE!! The next day I took the pizza back and kindly shared with this tall mid age woman, you know it would be nice if everyone wore a hair net. She was offensive, I kindly looked at her and said. I DON'T WANT ANYTHING. JUST LET THE MANAGER KNOW. Well if he contacted me, you can forget about it. I Will NEVER purchase anything from this resturaunt again!!!!!

I placed an order through door dash. Over an hour later I called to find out about my order, because it still said preparing order. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and told me they never received my order and that id have to call door dash. My card was charged at 7:06pm. I was told there was nothing they could do because they never received the order. Ironic while I was on the phone with doordash I received a text message notifying me that the merchant had canceled my order. The person on the phone with me also confirmed they had to of seen the order since they canceled it. I will never order from this restaurant again.

I ordered a tray for a party and it was delicious as well as well put together. We had such friendly people help us when we ordered and today someone walked a tray out to my car. I will definitely order again if we have another party. Thank you for everything!

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars a year ordering food from this decent pizza place now they charge 4% if you use a credit card, credit cards companies generally charge 2 to 3% processing fees so I will never eat at Primos again. People are starting to change their business practices due to these double dipping charges.
