They keep canceling my cake order and never answer the phone when I call
Ordered a cake for my son’s birthday, the day before they canceled my order saying they have too many orders so they’re canceling all incoming orders. Now I have to wait 10 days for my refund. If they’re aware of the situation why are they still taking orders and holding people’s money? Some people may not have the money to pay for another cake.
Ordered a ninja turtle birthday cake and cupcakes,they didn't look like the picture at all was different colors and it wasn't good,the frosting had almond or some extract making it sickly sweet.dissapointed
Order wasn’t made to detail. The flowers I asked for were missing. The frosting was really thick. The cake itself was good I was just disappointed in the presentation
