Starbucks Coffee Company

Ordered a grande and they gave me the same amount as a tall with a bunch of cold foam? Do the supplies come out of their paycheck or something? I’m going to leave a review on their site

Told I can get an ice water without a purchase and then while I was standing there a drop of water hit me from one of the machines. Not sure what the deal is here at this Starbucks. It seems fine overall but wasn't a very comfortable engagement.

I have over time always used this particular location for the drive through. I have to say I will never go back...! The one day I went inside and ordered, I couldn't believe how filthy the place was included the whole room. It really questioned the handling of the product and serving to people. I would go into detail, for example, but it's unnecessary.Filth is filth.

So after work i decided to stop by starbucks since this one opens early. I get there and I assumed maybe they were a little behind but a little in an understatement. Me and this other man were waiting for 10+ minutes outside before they even let us know they won't be open for another hour. Insane when they could've said something but they didn't. Whole interaction was kinda mean. They ignored us and were talking to each other. I worked in service my entire life so it's sad to see people not caring or batting an eye. Super frustrating and just overall not great.

They had one girl working and she was doing a fantastic job and the manager was in the back with another associate during busy rush hour and then comes out and I tried to tell him what a great job his employee was doing , and he just seemed to snub it off
