Jack in the Box

went through drive thru and the guy working the speaker had such a positive uplifting energy. It was refreshing after a long crappy day. His energy literally made my night a good one. Food is fast food so you get what yiu get. I just really appreciate the druve thru guys positive energy and attitude and want to say thank you to him . Its a rarity to actually havw a positive custoner experience these days .

I haven't been to a Jack in the Box for a long time, and it will be even longer before I go again! Jacked up prices for not great food. I wasn't going to spend $10+ for a burger and opted for a cheap cheeseburger. I don't know exactly what I expected, but Iit surely wasn't to gag on the puddle of mustard they put on! I like mustard, but within reasonable parameters! It was basically like eating a mustard sandwich, you couldn't taste anything else and it made that vomit twang in the back of the throat. Wiping it off the bun wasn't fully an option since they didn't give us napkins. Wiped as much as possible into the wrapper. Disappointing.

Pitch black in the car, my wife hands me an object out of the bag of our jack in the box order.. something that loosely resembles a burger. It tasted like poop. so bad. And the honey mustard tastes like paint chemicals?

The place is such a barren wasteland. I wasn’t even sure it was open. Against my better judgment I went through the drive-through. Sat there for almost 2 minutes without anybody responding. Went to the window and they were just standing around ignoring my presence. Definitely don’t recommend. There are plenty of other places that are waiting to serve you.

Absolutely worst Jack-in-the-Box I’ve ever been to! My drink was half full with no straw, I asked for a medium fry and the lady gave me a small. She asked what kind of sauce we wanted, gave us everything we did not ask for. Drive thru lady was not nice, Neither was the other lady who gave me my straw after I went in. She was going to give it to the other couple, because she wasn’t paying attention. The tacos we ordered are super cold and the cheese is stiff. My extreme sausage sandwich only has one and a half sausage patties. Never will I go to this location!
