Canceled two of my cake orders THE DAY BEFORE. Due to “technical difficulties”. No phone call either. I called them and the careless person in the bakery hung up twice after i asked her why my order was canceled. I suggest going to Publix.

Both times I’ve needed a cake and been flat out refused to make it, no service discussed, no pick up time mentioned, just “cant” make it. Ridiculous.
