I’d love to thank this particular Wawa for the food poisoning I suffered last week which resulted in a four day stay in the ICU. Purchased a chicken steak quesadilla to eat on my way home. It was my only meal of the day. Six hours later, my stomach started to feel like it was being tied up in knots. I had to work that evening and finished almost keeled over. Drove home and threw up for four hours. Then, my abdominal pain became so severe and constant I went to the ER. Got admitted and a couple of hours later was rushed to the ICU as my vitals signaled I was within hours of death. Fortunately, I was given awesome and prompt care or I would not be writing this. Because I am allergic to pork, I'm always careful when I order. I saw the guy put the paper tags on the sandwiches, and I thought to myself, how does he know which one doesn't have bacon? But I assumed he had a system. I get home, and before I take a bite, my gut says, "Check it." Opened it up and bacon everywhere. I was upset, I called the store, and manager Faith put me on the list to make things right. I guess there is no dinner tonight. The moral of the story is to check the tickets before making the food before you put someone in the hospital. And everyone, if you have food allergies, please check your food before you consume it because no one is checking for your allergy even if you make it known.

Today January 15 2024 around 11:22am I ordered 2 panini brisket and 2 double espresso coffee. Starting with the gal who made and serve the coffee put the 4 orders on the same cup with the excuse of not having lids for small espresso cups. Now keep in mind this 2 double was for two different people. Gal did offer to split them like she should have done in the first place, but secondly our food number was never called it wasn’t until we waited a while to realized it was already made and serve for gods know how long. Paninis were made with no love, halfway cut and I could taste hot and cold noodles and meat mixed together. Seems like every time I come here I have a mad experience.
