Walmart Bakery

I ordered 2 cakes Saturday with whipped icing. I asked for them to be ready now later than 2. I get a text at noon saying they were ready. I pick them up at 4:15, on our way to Cheddars in Beaumont for their birthday party (16th and 19th birthdays). When the lady opens the lid, there is icing all over the sides of the box where it looked like the box had collapsed in a little bit. The lady asked if that was OK or did they need to remake them. I said well we are on our way to the party now, so it will have to be ok.... one of the cakes was supposed to be red.... like fire engine red.... and it was salmon.
