Love the environment here !! Food is on point. Mrs Courtney and the guys on shift definitely keep the conversations going and is a great people to have conversations with . Love love love this place !!!!

The food here has always been consistently good, which keeps me coming back. However, I’ve had repeated issues trying to place orders over the phone. No one ever answers, regardless of the time of day. I even drove by once when the place looked nearly empty, so it seemed like they easily could have taken a call. It’s frustrating and makes it hard to order takeout conveniently. Hopefully, they can improve their phone response times soon. District management, take notes.

Waffle House has always been a go to to get breakfast. I enjoy the atmosphere this is a brand new location. Very clean and very nice. Great customer service and friendly staff. The food was really good I had the cheese steak hash browns bowl. It was really good I just thought it would of been a little more to it. But these days everyone is cutting back

Food and Service was Great, Malarie was our server. Being new, they are still working out a few kinks. Jukebox didn't function, didn't find out till after I played 5 songs from the TouchTones app...no big deal. Glad there's a Waffle House in Silsbee.

Went on a Thursday around 9am, we had to wait about 10min for a table. Our waitress was fun, she was upbeat. It's been 15+ years since I've had waffle House, it's delicious. The waffle was great, eggs cooked exactly as ordered. Bacon fried to perfection. I loved my meal. Parking was ok, crowded, but found a spot.
