Walmart Bakery

so frustrating every time I do anything at Walmart bakery it's never what it's supposed to be even if it's something small. It's still not what it was supposed to be, paid $16 for these 12 cupcakes. I thought they were gonna pipe on the happy birthday, instead its screen printed. it’s supposed to be brown branches vines with green leaves and instead it’s like gray beige smear. The girls in the bakery are the rudest people. They seem so upset that they work in the Walmart bakery, it's insane!! birthday party was in an hour, so I just took them along with some pre-made stuff from the bakery that I should’ve just bought the first time!

We've usually always had good experiences here, but this last time they didn't have the topper for our cake and wouldn't give us a discount. So we had to pay full price when they didn't even give us the topper. I agreed to pay full price at first even after them telling me no, but the more I thought and talked to other people the more I realized how wrong that was that they made me pay full price and the cake wasn't even complete. If it doesn't come with all the parts, they shouldn't be charging people full price. At pickup I asked again about a discount, but nope, they wouldn't give one. Its SO easy to give a discount too; to make a customer happy. Clearly they don't care about customers at all. Won't be coming back here for cakes.
