Walmart Bakery

I ordered a gender reveal cake and was extremely disappointed with the service. I was very polite and clear with my request — I asked for the gender to be kept a surprise. However, the person who took my order was visibly impatient and frustrated, and it took an unnecessarily long time just to place it. Despite paying in full and reiterating that the gender should be hidden, they labeled the cake with the baby's gender, completely ruining the surprise for the dad who picked it up. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I tried calling Walmart about 10 times, but was told no manager was available. I asked to leave a voicemail, and the phone just rang endlessly. I did speak with someone named Holly from the bakery who was kind and apologetic — the only redeeming part of the experience. St
