Walmart Bakery

Called a week an advance to order my baby shower cupcakes. Never had a problem with Walmart bakery until now and will NEVER use them again. Called and they said they were booked Friday and Saturday to make the cupcakes. Totally fine with that would have gone somewhere else I get business get busy I get that. The lady on the phone when I called to order she said they could make them Thursday and hold them until Saturday. I said that works. Saturday comes around and the ladies at the bakery said they were about to donate my cupcakes cause they thought I wasn’t picking up. They said they couldn’t hold the cupcakes that long. I told them I got a text Thursday saying my order was done and to pick up by Saturday. I was there at 11:40am on Saturday. They proceeded to tell me that’s an online thin

This is the best cake I have ever had them make. They went above and beyond for me. If you need a cake made definitely go to them!

Worst service I’ve ever had.. DO NOT recommend. Placed my order for my toddlers party and was informed, only 4 hours before my order was to be done and ready for pick up, that “we just don’t have the stuff for these”. Keep in mind, I was told that if they couldn’t do the design, I would be notified the next day after having placed the order, which I was not… Absolutely ridiculous! You can’t do that to people.. I will NEVER buy another custom cake from them again!
