Walmart Bakery

I called the bakery on Tuesday, needing a cake the very next day by 12 noon. So that was the first question I asked. I wish I had remembered the friendly and most helpful ladies' name. I requested a 6' round double layer vanilla and chocolate cake with whipped cream frosting, and when I arrived on Wednesday at 11:58am, it was ready! Perfectly made and decorated, later to find out so moist fluffy and delicious, it made our small intimate birthday 🎂 for a six year old quite perfect! She loved it so much! She said, "Best birthday ever!" 😃

I have been trying to order a cake for my son’s 6 month photos for 2 days. I have got transferred to the customer service desk multiple times due to the bakery not answering, which I get they’re busy. The customer service is kind and tries to get them on the phone. I waited so long once so I eventually hung up and tried a different time for the same result. Today he finally got the bakery on the Walkie talkie and they asked what I need help with. I said I am trying to order a small cake to be done as soon as they can. He told me the team lead is coming up to take my order and I waited on hold and he got back on and said never mind they have another cake to make in the next fifteen minutes.
