Caribou Coffee

Caribou is one of my favorite morning stops. The crew is always super friendly and really attentive. More than once they’ve double-checked my order by asking if I want oat milk, which has saved me from dairy more than once. The place is always clean and well kept, and the vibe is consistently good. Always a great start to my morning.

Absolutely beautiful store, extremely friendly staff! Britt was wonderful, she made my fresh press cold brew with oat milk just how I asked. She was so friendly and personable I will be returning here often!

This location opened in the spring of 2025 and is very inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and fun. Coffee is good. Plenty of comfy seating inside as well as some patio seating too!

I really wanted to love this location as a person who is new to the area, I have given this particular Caribou, the benefit of the doubt multiple times and I have had three bad experiences in a row. The first experience, I was late for work because I was in the drive-through for over 20 minutes. Some may argue that this is on me for choosing to get a coffee on my way to work but it shouldn’t take over 20 minutes to get a coffee. The second time I was apologized to for the wait, given a one dollar off coupon received my drink, and that was my second long wait, the third time I received the wrong drink, the wrong breakfast sandwich, however I did receive an apology for the long wait and it was explained to me that the person was alone at that moment and working the drive-through by themselv

There was a line and service was just a bit slow. None of that bothered me. The lady that took my order up sold me on an extra shot on both drinks and talked me into lemon bread. Had a laugh with the lady on the end of the speaker. I had an excellent experience.
