Walmart Bakery

When I arrived to pick up my son’s cake before the party, some lady Tahira (I think?) was on her phone for a few minutes before even helping me. Then when I said I was there to pick up a cake, she could barely speak to tell me that I would have to wait for 30 minutes to get my cake because someone wasn’t there to help? Then the cupcake cake looked nothing like the picture. Disappointed.

We ordered the two tiered Bluey cake for my son’s 2nd birthday and it came out AWESOME! Not only was it absolutely beautiful, but the cake was moist and the buttercream frosting was delicious! Will definitely order again from them for future parties!

Ordered a cupcake cake for my son’s birthday. The only request was “soccer theme.” It turned out beautifully!

Was supposed to have one small cake and one big cake ready for tomorrow morning 01/15. Got called today, the day before 01/14 and told the cakes won’t be done. The main cake decorator had a problem and left early yesterday so they decided to cancel a bunch of cakes. The back up decorator wouldn’t do mine either. They didn’t try to remedy the problem at all and told me to call a different Walmart to make them, the day BEFORE they’re supposed to be ready. Now I have no cake for my daughters party tomorrow, won’t order from them again!
