Great product, great small local business, and great service every single time! It’s a happy place. Owner is doing it right, this ice cream shop runs perfectly even when he’s not there, that says a lot about what type of boss and business owner he is. Owner and his team care about the customer experience. When it’s busy during evenings/weekends, they have a system that’s casual but efficient. You don’t have to wait in a long line. They just know how to help you when you’re ready. And those cakes!! They are perfect! Batavia is lucky to have this place.

The Creamery...Best Local Ice Cream in the Fox Valley and not just for the selection of flavors. Their cakes and creations and the staff that make them are the absolute best. Friendly and patient, always a welcome with a smile. From post game or school concert, to custom ice cream cakes or a sweet bike ride treat, memories are made at The Batavia Creamery.

Was visiting Batavia for the first time and very impressed overall. Staff were friendly and helpful, ice cream was amazing and the scoop sizes were generous. The location was very interesting since it looks like it used to be a car-dependent strip mall then got upgraded into a nice walkable part of the downtown.

Just stopped in for a sweet treat after dinner. The boys got shakes and we got double regular scoops. So many flavors to choose from and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. They had some great fall flavors, too! Seriously the perfect small, family-owned business. Great vibe, great service, and delicious ice cream. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

Really cool ice cream joint. I got scoups of the peanut butter pie,cookie dough, and cake batter. The ice cream was rich (but not too rich) creamy and very delicious! I'm sold and will be back for sure!
