We were seated outside and it took a really long time for our server to come over. Once the server came she was very attentive. drinks came quick as did our food. negative stars for the waffle cheese fries being a literal joke. a full order we got and i counted 14 fries total. my children got more fries with their kids meals than what came in with a full order of waffle cheese fries. we will be back but i guess wont order cheese fries again.

I loved the atmosphere and the teamwork displayed by the hosts, servers, dish collectors, cooks, and managers. Our server, Juju, was amazing—she was friendly, informative, and overall fantastic! April, the manager, greeted us with a warm smile and consistently checked in to ensure we were having a great experience. Our food was served promptly, hot, seasoned to perfection, and overall DELICIOUS. My strawberry lemon drop was incredibly refreshing! SATISFACTION WAS 100!

Third time - and we're done. Won't be back. Gave it three tries. This time, ordered, waitress disappeared. Food came - onion rings were cold and hard (inedible), chicken was over cooked. Only edible thing on my plate was the mashed potatoes. Husband ordered onion rings too, same thing. His chicken, also over cooked. Waitress came by 20 min after we got food to check on us and bring husband a drink, by this time I was so annoyed that I didn't even respond to her, asking if everything was ok, that was a question for when our food actually came out, not 20 min later. She asked again when she brought the check, I let her know about the food issues - "well I asked you when I came by and brought his coke" 😒. We'll see how long they last - because in Central, restaurants don't usually la

Great food the fist time we tried here however the chicken was rather woody the second time. Hopefully it was just an off day. We’ll let you know on the third try.

My son and I visited this location for lunch. I will be the first to admit that I am not a true fan of this restaurant. HOWEVER, today our waitress GRACE renewed my faith in this brand! Her service and attentiveness were superb! Grace was very responsive to our needs and concerns. The concern I had is not even worth mentioning because Grace quickly addressed it with her management team and I was provided a surprising unexpected resolution to the issue. Kudos to the training staff at this location! It clearly shows that Grace is very well trained on delivering stellar 5 star customer service!
