Waldos Tacos

Decided to check out this food truck. I ended up trying the carne asada burrito and a horchata. Told ended up being ~$14 before tax. $17 after and 15% tip. Burrito definitely worth it for $8-$9. Not sure if I’d get the horchata again for $5, though it was a large cup. I hate that there aren’t any prices, but I get it w this economy. When the lady noticed I was eating there, she gave me a red and green salsa and they were bomb!! They have limes, cucumbers and slices of radishes available. Great to eat with the burrito. Looking forward to trying a torta next!

Great taco spot! The camaron taco had great flavor. The breading on the shrimp stayed crispy and they packed a lot of shrimp in that street taco. The asada was well seasoned and had a nice char. I do wish the asada was cut a little thicker but still very good! The suadero had great seasoning and flavor. The only taco I wasn’t a fan of was the Al pastor. It was too goopy and no char. The red salsa was sweet with good amount of heat. The green salsa was sweet and not that spicy. Excellent street tacos at an amazing price. Four tacos and a drink for under $14.

With over 80 guests attending, I needed a caterer I could trust, and Hector and his team delivered in every way. From the first phone call through the final invoice, Hector was incredibly responsive and professional. He made the planning process seamless with clear communication via email, text, and phone calls, and the online payment system was convenient and straightforward. When our guest count increased from 70 to 90, he accommodated the change without any issues. On the day of the event, Hector and his partner arrived 30 minutes early to set up. They brought everything needed - tables, tablecloth

Gris the cashier is so rude, drove 20 min because i know the food is good here.. her rudeness made me not want to eat.. i even ordered an horchata beverage & never got it because she was acting "too busy cleaning"

Best tacos in the valley! We go out of our way to come Waldos and it never disappoints. We’ve been coming here for a while now it has been our favorite taco spot for years. If you haven’t given them a chance yet, don’t wait!
