Crust Simply Italian Peoria

A awesome new place in an great spot! Food was very tasty and service was solid. Since it's new, we understand there will be a few kinks while things get ironed out... especially opening in March. It's going to be a great spot for a very long time. Highly recommend!

So excited to have Crust 8 minutes away rather than 30 minutes. They just opened up so I knew service wouldn’t be as quick as they are still figuring things out. We sat at the bar and had to wait about 10 minutes to ask to order, seems like bartender was focused on people he knew at the bar as opposed to new customers, that is the only reason why I am giving 4 stars for service. Calamari was good, not sure if I would order it again. Pizza is 20/10 amazing and the Alfredo was so delicious. I cannot wait to go back !

Very well done atmosphere. We sat at the bar and initially had great service. Then the bar tender left and we had to wait a long time to order food. Once we ordered we never got asked if we wanted our wine or bourbon refilled. Dinner arrived and the food was excellent. We had lasagna and the salad. After that we waited a long time again and watched the bar tender ask others if they wanted desert or a refill and never came back to us. We did notice what appeared to be a female manager flirting with a guy at the bar and she ignored the restaurant the entire time were there. So we had to flag down the bartender and get our tab and we left. It’s too bad we wanted to enjoy and evening of some drinks and have some desert since the food was so delicious. We know they are in their first week so

Our appetizer the calamari came out cold . I guess they thought if you dip it in the hot sauce you won’t notice . We had two empty seats next to our party and having kids the table was already crowded . They did not inform us it was a community table , they sat a party of two next to us . Very awkward, unprofessional service we will not be going back .

food is delicious unfortunately they have no clue what’s going on and service has been unprofessional both times. third time trying this week, food was cold and had to be sent back. service is still not great. cloth napkins were dirty
