Wagyu Factory | Brea

Service was exceptional. - They reused most of the stoves and equipments from the old store, Gyu-Kaku, so many were malfunctioning. We had ours turn off on its own every 10min or so, but the staff were super nice about fixing it. They were very apologetic and offered a small discount in the end. Food was so-so. - Fresh meat were of okay quality, but the marinated ones had quite a bit of inconsistencies. Some were too salty, and some didn't taste anything at all. - Meat were not exceptionally fresh or tasty, but acceptable for an ayce. - Selection of food items were okay. - Go early in the evening. We waited for 2 hours before we were seated at 8pm. Many items were gone by 7pm (fish/sushi, taro ice cream, chicken thighs) Had better wagyu buffet or ayce in Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan. For

Had an amazing experience at Wagyu Factory in Brea! The quality of the meat was top-notch — super fresh, beautifully marbled, and incredibly flavorful. The topping bar and vegetables were all very fresh as well. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the overall dining experience was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back!

One of the best Waygu spots in town! Love their Waygu meet and most importantly all you can eat Waygu! Their service is A plus, huge 👍 for Audric for the amazing service, very attentive and helpful! Their sushi is great too!

Our server Alex was AMAZING. Super friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the items and meats. He gave great recommendations and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. He really made the experience feel special. Parking was also quick and easy, which is always a huge plus, especially for a busy spot like this. Highly recommend Wagyu Factory, and definitely ask for Alex if you can!

We went to Wagyu Factory during their soft opening and had an incredible experience. Our server, Tri, was outstanding—super attentive, genuinely kind, and hyped us up the whole time, which made the night even better. We had previously visited the Rancho Cucamonga location, and the Brea spot is on a whole other level in terms of overall experience. We’ve tried most of the Chubby Group restaurants, and this one is easily shaping up to be in my boyfriend’s and my top five. Can’t wait to come back!
