This place would be one of many that will make you regret moving to wagoner

The people working there are great but the town of Wagoner constantly has electrical problems. I think they just never wanted to spend the money to properly fix it.

I hate that this company has a monopoly on service in this town because their service is ABISMAL. Our power is out at least once a week!! But if you're even a smidgen late on your bill they'll send you a cut off notice. Such bull. FIX YOUR CRAP!!

I couldn't believe how hard it was to get help with a payment arrangement with them. I have only ever been late on a bill once. I called to make a payment arrangement due to being laid off for 5 months and they were going to shut us off over 3 days away from getting paid from a new job. If I wanted the Xtra 3 days I had to agree to pay both my current bill and my next bill which wasn't due for almost another 2 weeks. I'm disappointed. I just wish we had more options for our area.

I had a few questions about my service and bill. I sent a message through here. I received a phone call within a couple of hrs. I didn't get the ladies name but she was very helpful and even pleasent. I think most of there reviews must be from folks calling when they are upset already.
