Waffle House

Always great food and service. Atmosphere is pleasant and the servers are fun. Music to play while you eat which is nice. They have lots of old school music. The only thing is the place is so good you have to wait for a spot to eat lol! Parking is small and somewhat difficult depending on what you drive and how full the parking lot is. So overall clean enjoyable friendly establishment. The manager is so funny and they are glad to see you when you come in the door.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the service at your restaurant at 1600 Sampson St, Westlake, LA 70669. On two consecutive visits, I experienced significant delays in being served. Despite being seated and having silverware and a menu placed on my table, no one acknowledged my presence for an extended period. On both occasions, it appeared that there was visible tension among the staff, and disagreements occurred before anyone approached to take my order. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere and negatively impacted my dining experience. Unfortunately, this location ranks among my least satisfactory experiences, second only to the Waffle House near the lake. I hope management will address these issues promptly to ensure better service and a more welcoming environment for c

The night / every early morning staff on the weekends, Miss D, Miss S, and a young man were working there this morning and they were not only kind to myself but also the other people in the establishment. The food was fresh, delicious and hot and the conversation was extremely comforting after a long night. Thank you ladies

This is my third visit. I had minor issues before waiting for my food now. Our server Megan server is very friendly . Nice clean new diner. Great food.

Ordered … family got there whole order eating whole I’m still waiting on the rest of my food and what I have gotten is just getting cold and also served me apple juice witch looked like it had mold in it to give to my baby thank god I noticed before giving it to him because they obviously dont…….. update never got the rest of my food sending bac what I did get and no one’s even checked on us it was not busy when we first got here and now it is and people that have sat down after us have gotten their orders
