Waffle House

Ive been going to waffle house at least 3 times a week the past 6 plus years. The entire staff that was present during March 3rd 2026 needs to be permanently removed. I waited 20 minutes for my order to be taken, there were only 5 other customers present. The entire staff was panicking and all over. They were arguing. The lady with a cast on shouldn't be allowed around any other employees for the rest of her life. Completely unbearable. Never have I ever had an experience as bad as I did today at a restaurant. The tea provided was definitely expired. They didn't bring all of my order, and they didn't take my order correctly. Whenever I walked in, I was going to use the bathroom, but the door was locked. This is a whole story so bare with me. I was having a really hard mental health day and something told me go to waffle house. Foods affordable, I like their coffee and it gets me out of the house. I get there and normally I sit by myself in the back, but today I walked right up to the counter. I was enthusiastically greeted by Lisa who asked me if I was going to hang out with her this morning and a smile instantly appeared on my face. I sat down and we began to talk, we only spoke a few paragraphs but it was the most profound conversation Ive had in a very long time. She healed apart of me that had been hurting so badly. Ive been thinking about her and this interaction for days and I cant wait to go back and spend more time with Lisa and the entire crew there. Best waffle house experience

I know it’s Waffle House and having issues is expected but damn ….. every time I wake up wanting an All Star and come to this specific location the service is terrible ! Twice I have just left after sitting 20 minutes and not even being acknowledged as they walked by multiple times. But still I always try to come back and give them another chance… when I have actually been served the service is terrible. They never check back on you, half the food is missing or undercooked and takes an hour to get the missing items , no refills and just terrible attitudes overall. They act like you re bothering them by even coming in. Every single time I go here it is the same thing. Staff def needs some training in customer service.

We eat here all the time normally at night. Today was the first time I felt like I was bothering the server simply by ordering food. I believe the servers name was Shelby, We had to get our own straws she did not even offer one, she had to be reminded to make some of our food, i had to ask a different server for syrup and butter, she never refilled our drinks, at this point i just gave my ol man my drink so he could finish his food, the floor and other empty tables were left filthy. Never have I been so disappointed in this store.

Lisa was our server and kept bringing out the wrong items and was a little rude about it, she kept saying we never said we asked for certain things when she was the one who usually offered it. Kodey however was very helpful and kind the entire time and kept checking in on us. His hospitality was amazing!!
