7 Brew Coffee

Let me start by saying I love this 7 Brew.. but my experience today has left a bad taste for me. I’m usually in & out quickly with no problem. This time I was waiting for a long time, for both my order to be taken & the coffee to come out. (Never had this issue before). BUT nonetheless it wasn’t that big of an issue. The part that ticked me off was when I got my coffee it was absolutely SUGARY (neverrr been like that before, EVER)… I couldn’t taste the coffee because the sugar was overpowering. Then as soon as I took a sip it was pouring out of the sides. I thought the lid maybe wasn’t on all the way but it was!! The coffee was literally pouring out the sides, while the lid was “all the way down” & it ruined my shirt. Highly disappointed because I come here very often & never have a bad ex

I hate to leave a lower rating because the drinks themselves are really good, and I genuinely enjoy coming here. That said, the customer service is very inconsistent. Every time I visit, the same employee either has great, positive energy or is extremely dry and comes off rude. It is always one or the other. As someone who also works in customer service, I understand bad days happen, but consistency matters, especially when customers are expected to tip. Overall, this is a good place with quality drinks. The customer service consistency just needs some improvement.

I love the staff here. They are always so sweet to our kids and dogs. Today was my last straw though. Lately every time we order a blondie with added almond syrup they make them both with almond milk. I can always tell right away because the almond milk vs breve style makes the drink darker. Today she was very very certain I was confused and it was made breve. It was NOT. So today again, we chucked two drinks down the sink. This has happened at least 3 times the last week or so, and we are there daily. But today was my last straw. Just a bummer. I even made sure when I ordered she was on board with almond syrup not almond milk- still came out completely wrong.

I have never had a bad experience here. I love their chai, the ladies have suggested different ways to have it and its always delicious! The line moves fast, the staff is great, and my son loves to see all the ducks they have collected.
