Waffle House

We came here with two kids and didn’t expect anything extraordinary, but we were pleasantly surprised. The place was very clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the restrooms were spotless. Our waitress, Nevaeh, was exceptionally kind and attentive. The service was excellent. Thank you, ladies, for the delicious food 🫶🏼

Service was terrible. We waited over 45 minutes for our food and we didn’t get our drinks til AFTER we got our food. We were charged for things already included in the meal/original price. A table walked in right before us and were done with their food and paid for their tickets before we even got our food. There was a person who placed an online order and came to pick it up and they did not get their food until around 40 minutes since arriving.Food was also somehow burnt. Do better.

Left here at 245am on Feb 26th and the guy that took my order had me sitting here for about 10 minutes while he WATCHED the lady at the grill like a hawk, and barely even noticed i was there at first. The food was delicious but the server was terrible. New to the area and already found one place I won't get if there is a certain server there. Maybe a manager? Who knows but I asked for a water with no ice and the dude gave me a dirty cup which grossed me out and paid and couldn't even give a discount for the lack of checking to make sure a cup was clean before giving it to a customer. Disgusting

Today, while traveling northbound on I-95, my wife and I stopped at Waffle House and unbeknownst to us… we had the worst experience ever at Waffle House. Fist thing, the waiter was slow and inattentive. Secondly, the coffee was cold and old. I asked for a fresh cup and I never received the second cup. Thirdly, the waffle was uncooked and doughy enough to make me sick. It was very poor service. Felt highly disappointed

OMG, I frequent waffle houses everywhere, and this was by far the cleanest one I’ve been too. The staff were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Trenda was EXCEPTIONAL, she was attentive, courteous and kind. The entire staff greeted us and truly showed southern hospitality. Great experience at this one.
